IT'S SO SIMPLE

Each member commits to donating $100 and 1 hour of her time, 4 times per year. Any member who has signed this commitment form will be able to nominate and speak for a charity of her choice for consideration at a meeting. All members in attendance vote for the charity of choice at each meeting.

I understand and agree with the following statements:

I understand that I am making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Red Deer to make an annual donation of $400 ($100 at each of 4 meetings) given to a local charity.
I agree to fulfill my donation commitment even if I did not vote for the charity selected by the majority vote.
I understand that charitable donation receipts will be issued by the Community Foundation of Central Alberta.

We understand that our team has one vote only to help select the charity at each meeting.
