It’s so Simple ……
Each member commits to donating $100 and 1 hour of her time, 4 times per year. Any member who has signed this commitment form will be able to nominate and speak for a charity of her choice for consideration at a meeting. All members in attendance vote for the charity of choice at each meeting.
I understand and agree with the following statements:
- I understand that I am making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Red Deer to make an annual donation of $400 ($100 at each of 4 meetings) given directly to a local charity or one of its valuable programs that serves the Red Deer community.
- I agree to fulfill my donation commitment even if I did not vote for the charity selected by the majority vote.
- I also agree that I will provide my cheque to another member to deliver in my place if I am not able to attend a meeting.
- I understand that charitable donation receipts will be issued directly by the charity.

One vote per group at each meeting
- We understand that we are making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Red Deer to make an annual donation of $400 ($100 at each of 4 meetings) given directly to a local charity or one of its valuable programs that serves the Red Deer community.
- We agree to fulfill our donation commitment even if we did not vote for the charity selected by the majority vote.
- We understand that our team has one vote only to help select the charity at each meeting.
- We understand that charitable donation receipts will be issued
directly by the charity.
